Easy Home Remedies for Hair Growth

Some people observe that their hairs are either falling or thinning when they take bath or comb their hairs.There are many reasons behind this problem but it can be treated effectively with some home remedies.A normal person generally lose 50-80 hairs per day.But if the rate of hair fall increase you will become bald in no time,so you must be aware about your hair condition and take serious care of your hairs.

1.Onion Juice

It is one of the oldest remedy which is still practiced in indian households.Onion juice contains sulfur which promotes the growth of collagen proteins which in turn promote the hair growth.
Take 3 onions and chop into small pieces.Squeeze out juice of onion pieces and apply in your scalps.Keep it applied for half an hour.Now rinse thoroughly with mild shampoo.

2.Egg

Applying egg mask on your hairs will give them sufficient proteins for growth.Egg contains many essential nutrients for health such as sulphur,selenium,phosphorous etc.
Take yellow part of egg in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey.Make a paste and apply in your scalps for 20 minutes.Wash with an aromatic shampoo as egg may leave some smell behind.

3.Potato Juice

If you are suffering from thinning of hair,then potato juice is very helpful.
Get the juice of 4 large size potatoes and apply to your hairs.Wash hairs after half an hour with lukewarm water.repeat this method twice a week.

4.Henna

Henna is natural conditioner and helps you in preventing excess hair fall and retains the natural shine of hairs.Make the paste of 2 tablespoon of henna powder into 100 gram of yoghurt.keep it for 2 hours.now apply it into scalps 1 hour before bath.Wash hairs with mild shampoo.

5.Green Tea

Green tea promotes hair growth as it is very rich in antioxidants.Drinking green tea 3-4 cups daily not only improve your hair health but also good for your health.Moreover you can use green tea leaves externally.make a paste of used green tea leaves and add into half liter of water.use this water to wash your hairs.you will get good results in a month.

6.Mustard Oil

Mustard oil is very famous in rural india for growth of hair.Apply mustard oil in your scalp at bedtime and leave it overnight.Shampoo your hairs in morning.Do this for 2 months regularly.you will get very soft,shiny and dense hairs.

7.Fenugreek

Fenugreek is very helpful in hair growth and retaining health colour.Take 2 teaspoon of fenugreek and soak in water overnight.Make a paste in morning and add 2 teaspoon of lemon juice.Apply into scalps and leave it for 15 minutes.Wash with mild shampoo.

8.Avoid Dandruff
Dandruff weakens the roots of your hairs hence causing them to fall at very fast pace.Avoid dandruff at any cost.Here are few methods to prevent dandruff.
